Speed of initial response
I think "speed of initial response" is an underrated KPI for agencies + freelancers in the sales cycle. And not some automated email saying, "We received your email and will get back to you soon." But a real human being sending a personalized note with an action item (scheduling a call, asking for more information, etc.) Correlation ≠ causation, of course, but my gut says this affects the win rate quite deeply. I know we'll be prioritizing it at 8020 this year.
